A plenary indulgence may be gained by publicly saying or singing the ‘Te Deum’ in thanksgiving on the last day of the year. A plenary indulgence may be gained by publicly saying or singing the ‘Veni Creator Spiritus’ on the first day of the year.
On December 31st we will pray the ‘Te Deum’ after each Mass for the Plenary Indulgence and the ‘Veni Creator Spiritus’ after each Mass on the 1st of January for the same purpose. Both will be prayed in Latin.
El 31 de diciembre rezaremos el ‘Te Deum’ después de cada misa para la indulgencia plenaria y el ‘Veni Creator Spiritus’ después de cada misa del 1 de enero con el mismo propósito. Ambos serán rezados en latín.
